The Expendables (2010)
Mr. Church learns of a successful mission to rescue hostages from pirates in Somalia carried out by a group of elite mercenaries known as the Expendables and summons the team for a meeting. He requests that expandables kill the corrupt General Garza, dictator of Vilena Island in the Gulf of Mexico, for $5 million.
Barney Ross accepts the mission and travels to Vilena with his team to learn more about the location. The group meets one of their local contacts, Sandra, in Vilena and learns that Mr. Church is from the CIA and is using them to get his dirty work done.
The Expendables 2 (2012)
Following their successful rescue mission of a Chinese millionaire in Nepal, the Expendables receive a call from Mr. Church, who informs them of a secret plane that crashed in Albania and their new mission to retrieve the contents of a safe that was in the plane.
Mr. Church dispatches Maggie to join Expendable, who will assist them in their mission. The Expendables successfully retrieve the content, but on their way out, one of Barney’s men gets kidnapped by an unknown group of people.

After eight years in a high-security prison, Doc is rescued by the Expendables while being transported by train. Doc tells Barney about dealer Victor Mins, who plans to sell the bomb and teams up with the Expendables to stop him.
