While Hobbit Bilbo is enjoying the morning, Wizard Gandalf arrives and asks him to arrange a dinner for king Thorin and his other fellow Dwarves. After the dinner, Gandalf offers Bilbo to help them in their quest to lonely mountain.

Bilbo initially ignores, but later accepts Gandalf’s proposal and all of them begins their journey towards lonely mountain and on the way, Bilbo learns about the history of Kingdom Erbor and lonely mountain.

After the events in the previous film, Azog Orcs attacks Dwarves and Dwarves takes shelter at Bayon’s house who has the ability to turn himself into a monster Bear when needed and hates Orcs.

Dwarves and Bilbo continues their journey through cursed forest while Gandalf goes to learn about the secret of Dol Gudur’s dark shadow. In the cursed forest, Elves attacks and captures all of them, further the king of Elves makes a deal with Thorin to share the Treasure.

Dragon Smaug attacks the town Ablaze but gets killed by a bard after he breaks out of prison. After the incident, Bard becomes the new leader for the people of Ablaze and leads them to Dale for shelter and food.

Thorin after capturing all the treasure in the lonely mountain is now in search of Arkenstone which Bilbo kept hidden from everyone. meanwhile Galadriel, Elrond, and Saruman free Gandalf after which Sauron attacks them but gets defeated by Galadriel.
