Framed for Murder: A Fixer Upper Mystery (2017)
Shannon Hughes, a professional renovator in Lighthouse Cove, Oregon, takes on a big project of converting his friend’s family home into a B&B. Next, she is going to restore a historic home for Macintyre Sullivan, an investigative journalist.
Shannon’s life takes a turn when one of her father’s group members dies, and the police conclude their investigation, stating accident is the reason for death. But according to Shannon, it is a murder, and she begins her own investigation.

According to her plan, Shannon takes on her next big project, restoring the Craddock house for its new owner, Mac Sullivan. The early stage of restoration is going fine, but everything comes to a halt when Shannon discovers a human skeleton lodged in the dumbwaiter of the Craddock house.
The initial investigation reveals that the victim is Lily Brograns, a high school friend of Shannon’s. Again Shannon takes on the case and starts her investigation to find the real truth.
Deadly Deed: A Fixer Upper Mystery (2018)
After the events in the previous film, Shannon Hughes voluntarily takes on the restoration project of a donated Tudor mansion to Sunny Site Housing for a social housing project. all the donation negotiation was done between Marie Bishop and Dave Drummond but bank president, Charles Potter opposed it.
The next morning, when Shannon visits the site, she gets shocked to find a dead body on the site, he teams up with Tommy and chief Jensen to identify the victim and catch the culprit.
